As many people know I enjoy lots of dark chocolate.  

Looking on the internet this morning, apparently it means I'm short of magnesium, so here are the top ten sources of magnesium:  http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/foods-high-in-magnesium.php.

These include nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables, fish, beans and lentils, bananas (and chocolate of course).  I eat lots of all of these, so why the chocolate - perhaps because I enjoy it!
